Portrait

I am pleased that you would like to inform yourself about my therapy methods as a non-medical practitioner on my website.
Take your time to look around and get to know me and my treatment methods on the following pages.

„One should offer something good to the body, so that the soul feels like dwelling in it“
Winston Churchill

Health is our most important asset and a person is not only body, but also mind and soul. That is why a comprehensive, holistic therapy concept that finds and treats the core of your illness is very important to me.
I look forward to meeting you and taking the time to assist you in word and deed.

Yours, Janine Haug

My therapy offer for you

My practice areas include:

Depending on the symptoms, I support your treatment with:

  • Homeopathy
  • Herbal substances (phytotherapy)
  • Nutrition
  • Vital mushrooms

For the naturopathic diagnosis I consult the detailed anamnesis, the tongue and pulse diagnosis (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine) as well as various laboratory findings (e.g. saliva, stool and blood analyses).

The frequency and duration of treatment strongly depends on the particular clinical picture and constitution of each individual personality and will be discussed by me in detail during my therapy session. Unfortunately, no guarantee of healing or alleviation of symptoms can be given for any of my offered therapies. Furthermore, unfortunately, for legal reasons, no exemplary symptoms or diseases to the respective forms of therapy may be named by me.

TFM

Therapeutic Women Massage (TFM) and Therapeutic Organ Massage (TOM)

This massage is a very gentle method based on the Joseph Stephenson technique (1874 - 1956), the founder of Creative Healing, which was later further developed by Dr. Gowri Motha, gynecologist and obstetrician from England, and specially adapted to the needs of women.

This technique is a combination of lymphatic drainage, delicate strokes, acupressure and reflexology, and each massage is individually tailored by me to the health needs of the patient. The first part of the treatment takes place in a sitting position, treating the neck, back and possibly the pelvis. This is followed by a very relaxing abdominal massage focusing on the organs. Depending on the indication, the massage lasts between 40 and 60 minutes.

This method is a wonderful complement to my other therapies and is recommended in every phase of a woman's life - from the beginning of puberty, through the time of childbearing, and beyond menopause.

Hormone test

Hormone therapy

The hormone system is, next to our nervous system, the most important regulatory system of the body, which controls all processes (e.g. growth and metabolism) and also the emotions. The command centers are located in the brain in the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland. Our body glands, e.g. the thyroid gland, the adrenal glands, the ovaries or the testicles produce the hormones on their behalf, which are finally brought to their place of action via the blood.

A great many hormones are interdependent and can be partially converted into each other. When one type of hormone becomes deficient or abundant, this affects quite a few other hormones in our body. That is why the symptoms of hormone deficiency or excess are very diverse.

As a diagnostic procedure for your current hormone status, I use saliva or blood analysis via a specialized laboratory, depending on the symptoms and hormones likely to be affected. Based on the laboratory results, I will create a personal therapy plan for you.

Men, children and adolescents are equally welcome in my practice!

Acupuncture

TCM / Acupuncture

"Traditional Chinese Medicine", or TCM for short, has been around for over 4,000 years, although it was only brought to Europe from China in the 17th century. In our country it is mainly known as acupuncture. The original Chinese medicine focuses on lifestyle, nutrition and treatment with medicinal herbs.

TCM is based on models of thought, such as the division into Yin and Yang, the 5 elements or the meridians, in which the so-called "Qi", the life energy flows.

The typical diagnostic procedure includes a detailed anamnesis as well as the evaluation of the pulse and the tongue.

In my practice I offer body acupuncture and special ear acupuncture. For this I use exclusively disposable needles, or disposable permanent needles for the longer effective ear acupuncture. If necessary, the therapy is supplemented with herbal granules and moxa therapy, the heating of acupuncture points by moxa cigar or moxa plaster.

Intestine with bacteria

Intestinal therapy

In our intestines there are countless "inhabitants", they are also called "intestinal environment" or "microbiome". The composition of the bacterial species is very important for all our metabolic processes in the body to function optimally. If indicated, a stool sample is sent to a specialized laboratory for analysis and a personal therapy plan is created for you based on the findings.
